Grandmom Dessert is one of famous dessert in Prima Setapak, Genting Klang, here. You may found that their taste 90% similarly with snowflakes which currently sale in Mid Valley. Price range for Grandmom Dessert is from RM4.50 to RM5.50. In terms of comparison this two dessert, i personally feel that Grandmom Dessert still is the best as compared with snowflakes. Some people said that snowflakes bigger bowl than Grandmom Dessert, but i feel that snowflakes is expensive than Grandmom by RM1.40. For feeling and taste wise, Grandmom give me feeling of HOME, like i stay at home eating dessert while enjoying my movie. but for snowflakes is more commercial, people eat the snowflakes mostly is because they feel tired and wanted some ice and cold dessert, people eat and go right that, nothing special.

Setapak Green - New development & update

I believe most of people who bought over the setapak green properties are likely to know what is the new development of the said properties but have no time to inspect themselve as all are busy on their working life and weekend also have to accompany their family. 288 Residency, Setapak - new development & updates

Up to date for 288 Residency, Setapak, is extremely looking good as it has built up more than 10th floor since early of this year. It shown that the developer in rush of finishing the said project and try to hand over the said property to the buyer. Nevertheless, I will regularly update the new development (floor) on the 288 Residency.

Setapak Green, another high rise condominium in Jalan Gombak, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, is located beside Diamond Square and Court Mammoth is nearby.
